TOKİ announces: 607 plots of land in 51 provinces are going on sale! Auction date set

The Urban Transformation Presidency will put a total of 607 plots of land in 51 provinces up for sale via public auction. The auctions will be held on December 24-25, 2024.

In the sale organized by TOKİ, buyers will have the opportunity to pay the remaining amount in 24 monthly installments after paying 25 percent of the land price in advance. This presents an attractive opportunity for investors and individual buyers.

Those who wish to participate in the auction must deposit the security deposit into the bank account designated by Emlak Yönetim Hizmetleri ve Ticaret AŞ. While security deposit amounts vary depending on the value of the land, they range from 15 thousand TL up to 60 million TL.
