TÜİK announced: Trade and retail volume increased in April
According to TÜİK data, the trade sales volume increased by 2.5 percent and the retail sales volume by 10.2 percent on an annual basis in April.

The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has announced the trade sales volume index for April.
Accordingly, the trade sales volume decreased by 4.6 percent in the month in question compared to the previous month.
During this period, the sales volume for the wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles decreased by 4.7 percent, the wholesale trade sales volume by 5.7 percent, and the retail trade sales volume by 1.8 percent.
The trade sales volume increased by 2.5 percent in April compared to the same month of the previous year.
In the same period, while the sales volume for the wholesale and retail trade and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles decreased by 19 percent, the wholesale trade sales volume increased by 4.5 percent and the retail trade sales volume by 10.2 percent.
