Founded in 2013 and operating in the Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone, Konil Kağıt ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi was unable to overcome its financial bottleneck and applied to the Gaziantep 1st Civil Court of First Instance.
The court issued a three-month temporary grace period for the company and appointed three concordat commissioners.
The recycling company, which has an annual production capacity of 30 thousand tons, is seeking a way out of the financial crisis, and it has been decided that its payments will be subject to the approval of the temporary commissioners.
The company's next hearing will be held on October 23.
