Turkish Airlines' credit rating upgraded from BB- to BB

Fitch has upgraded the credit rating of Turkish Airlines, Turkey's flag carrier airline.

Credit rating agency Fitch has upgraded Turkish Airlines' credit rating from BB- to BB. It maintained the credit rating outlook as stable.

The following statement was made by the company to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP):

International credit rating agency S&P, noting our Partnership's strong operational and financial performance, has upgraded its standalone credit profile by one notch from bb- to bb. It has kept the credit rating at B (stable), fixed at the country rating level.

S&P also confirmed the credit rating of the USD-denominated Enhanced Equipment Trust Certificates issued by our Partnership in 2015 as B(sf).
