Two brands belonging to Sümer Holding will be sold via tender.
The announcement by the General Directorate of Sümer Holding AŞ, under the Privatization Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, for investors has been published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, Sümer Holding's "Bursa Merinos (Turkish Made)" and "Merinos" brands will be privatized through a sale method.
The tender specification fees for the brands have been set at 20 thousand liras for Bursa Merinos and 30 thousand liras for Merinos, while the temporary guarantee amounts have been determined as 300 thousand liras and 3 million liras, respectively.
FINAL BID DATE IS SEPTEMBER 12
Final bids for the brands can be submitted until September 12.
The tenders will be conducted using the "bargaining" method by receiving sealed bids from multiple bidders and holding negotiations. The tenders will then be concluded with an open auction involving the bidders who continue in the negotiation process.
Bidders are required to obtain separate tender specifications for each brand, submit separate bids, and deliver the necessary documents by hand to the organization's address at "Bahçekapı Mahallesi Atatürk Orman Çiftliği Kümeevleri No:4 (06797) Etimesgut/ANKARA" by 17:00 on the final bid submission date.
