Two major companies go public: "Demand collection dates announced"

The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has approved the initial public offerings (IPOs) for Oba Makarnacılık (OBAMS) and Alves Kablo (ALVES), and their demand collection dates have been announced.

Oba Makarnacılık will offer 96,336,345 TL nominal value shares at a fixed price of 39.24 TL, with demand collection taking place on February 22 - 23.

Investors will not be able to use T1 and T2 balances for the food giant's IPO.

The estimated number of lots to be distributed by the company, which will be traded on the Borsa Istanbul "Star Market," has been determined:

• 2 million participants: ~ 24 Lots (941 TL)
• 2.3 million participants: ~ 21 Lots (824 TL)
• 2.5 million participants: ~ 19 Lots (745 TL)
• 2.7 million participants: ~ 18 Lots (706 TL)
• 3 million participants: ~ 16 Lots (628 TL)
• 3.3 million participants: ~ 15 Lots (588 TL)
• 3.5 million participants: ~ 14 Lots (549 TL)
• 4 million participants: ~ 12 Lots (471 TL)

ALVES KABLO IPO DETAILS

The demand collection dates for Alves Kablo, another company going public on Borsa Istanbul this week, have been announced. The company, which received IPO approval from the SPK, will offer 40 million TL nominal value shares at a fixed price of 19.45 TL, with demand collection taking place on February 22 - 23. Investors will not be able to use T1 and T2 balances for this IPO.

The estimated number of lots the company will distribute based on the number of participants, as it begins trading on the Borsa Istanbul "Main Market" following the IPO, is as follows:

• 2 million participants: ~ 16 Lots (311 TL)
• 2.3 million participants: ~ 14 Lots (272 TL)
• 2.5 million participants: ~ 13 Lots (253 TL)
• 2.7 million participants: ~ 12 Lots (234 TL)
