United Arab Emirates acquires 44 percent stake in MNG Airlines

Abu Dhabi-based United Arab Emirates (UAE) company Ghtha Aeroinvest Holding has acquired a 44 percent stake in MNG Airlines and Transportation.

In a statement released yesterday evening, the company announced that it would pay 211.2 million dollars for 44 percent of MNG.
