Urgent expropriation decisions published in the Official Gazette

According to the decisions published in the Official Gazette and signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, certain properties in various provinces across Turkey, including Aydın, Kayseri, Çanakkale, İzmir, Manisa, Kahramanmaraş, Şanlıurfa, and Nevşehir, will be subject to urgent expropriation for energy production and transmission lines.

According to another decision published with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Council of Ministers decision dated August 19, 2013, regarding the declaration of certain areas in the Çayağızı neighborhood of Artvin's central district as a risky area, has been repealed.
