MediaMarkt Turkey CEO Hulusi Acar stated, "Days are near when a 20-dollar chip will rise to 100 dollars because of the war. This situation will be reflected in prices."

According to the report by Emre Eser from CNBC-e, Acar said, "But in low-end, low-priced products, such a large difference may not be absorbed. Therefore, we may see a price increase there. Which products will it be mostly? I mean, we can start with mobile phones, we can start with tablets, computers. I mean, these are the ones that can be affected immediately. Especially right now, we are seeing this in computers, in notebooks."

Stating that the direct impact of the war on logistics and fuel costs is putting pressure on operational margins, Acar expressed that these costs have not yet been fully reflected on price tags due to existing stocks and intense competition, but the risk persists.
