Warning from Türkiye İş Bankası: Service interruption on Sunday

Türkiye İş Bankası has issued a notification to its customers regarding an interruption to FAST transactions via the bank's mobile application, İşCep.

In the notification issued by the bank, it was stated that FAST transactions will not be processed on Sunday, June 9, 2024.

THEY ANNOUNCED THE SPECIFIC HOURS

İş Bankası stated, "Due to maintenance work to be carried out on the FAST System, FAST transactions will not be available between 05:00 and 08:00 on Sunday, June 9, 2024."

WHAT IS THE FAST SYSTEM?

The FAST System is an instant payment system launched by the Central Bank, where payments are processed 24/7 and the parties involved in the transaction are notified immediately.

To use the FAST System, you can log in to your financial institution's mobile or internet banking applications. You can easily make FAST payments, which operate 24/7 without interruption, and use the recipient's account information or easy address information when entering your payment instruction.

Following your payment instruction, the transaction will take place instantly, and both the sender and recipient banks will be notified. The transaction amount will be immediately transferred to the recipient's account and will become available for use.
