Weekly performance of investment instruments revealed
Stocks traded on Borsa Istanbul lost an average of 1.15 percent on a weekly basis, while the gram price of gold fell by 0.24 percent and the dollar/TL exchange rate dropped by 0.05 percent; the euro/TL exchange rate gained 0.02 percent.

The BIST 100 index, after seeing a low of 10,486.70 and a high of 10,824.21 points, completed the week at 10,647.91 points, losing 1.15 percent in value compared to the previous week's close.
The gram selling price of 24-karat bullion gold traded in the Grand Bazaar decreased by 0.24 percent this week to 2,452 liras, while the selling price of Republic gold fell by 0.67 percent to 16,200 liras.
The selling price of quarter gold, which was 4,090 liras last weekend, fell to 4,066 liras.
This week, the US dollar lost 0.05 percent in value, falling to 32.8170 liras, while the euro rose by 0.02 percent to 35.1220 liras.
Investment funds gained 0.51 percent and individual pension funds gained 0.39 percent this week.
When viewed by category, the top-performing investment funds were "Debt Instruments" funds and "Money Market" funds, both with a gain of 0.94 percent.
