World Bank growth forecast for Turkey: Expectations for 2024-25 revealed

The World Bank has announced its growth forecast for Turkey for 2024 and 2025. The World Bank also raised the US growth forecast for 2024 by 0.8 percentage points.

The World Bank had set Turkey's growth forecast for 2023 at 4.2 percent.

For the year 2024, the institution projects a growth of 3.1 percent, while it forecasts a growth of 3.9 percent for 2025.

The World Bank increased the US growth forecast for 2024 by 0.8 percentage points to 1.6 percent.

For the Eurozone, it set the growth expectation for 2024 at 0.7 percent.

It announced China's 2024 growth forecast as 4.5 percent.
