In today's report titled "Why is foreign currency not taxed," the newspaper included the phrase "A robbery system without equal in the world: Interest-foreign currency-inflation."
The report, which states that foreign currency trading should be considered commercial gain and taxed, noted: "The Central Bank's justification for dealing a blow to investment, production, and employment by keeping interest rates at 46% is that 'if interest rates fall, exchange rates will skyrocket.'"
