New book from Prof. Dr. Duran Bülbül: Expenditure Law

The book 'Expenditure Law' by economist and 12punto columnist Prof. Dr. Duran Bülbül has been published by Turhan Kitabevi.

In his book, Bülbül has produced an important work in which he explains the country's development method through proper spending, and how public expenditure should be conducted without creating budget deficits or incurring debt. 

Dividing his book into three parts, Bülbül covers an introduction to expenditure law and basic information in the first part, development plans and programs in the second part, and public goods and public procurement in the third part.

Bülbül used the following expressions for his book:

"If what is written in this book is implemented, our country's citizens will be taxed less, the country will not incur debt, and there will be no budget deficits."
