The final day for 2026 KPSS Undergraduate applications has arrived. Candidates who wish to participate in the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) at the undergraduate level must complete their application procedures within the time specified in the ÖSYM calendar.
According to the calendar published by ÖSYM, applications that began on July 1 will end on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 23:59. After this time, no regular applications will be accepted through the system.
APPLICATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES
Candidates can submit their applications via ÖSYM Application Centers, the ÖSYM Candidate Transactions System (AİS), and the ÖSYM Candidate Transactions Mobile Application. For an application to be considered valid, the exam fee must also be paid within the application period.
According to the 2026 KPSS Undergraduate Guide, the application fee is 800 TL for the General Ability-General Culture session, and 500 TL for each session in the Field Knowledge exams. Applications of candidates who do not pay the fee on time will be considered invalid.
As of July 13, there is no official statement from ÖSYM regarding an extension of the 2026 KPSS Undergraduate application period. Therefore, it is important for candidates to complete their procedures before the day ends.
For candidates who miss the application period, the dates of July 22-23, 2026, are listed in the ÖSYM calendar as late application days. The rules determined by ÖSYM will apply to late applications, and the exam fee will be charged at an increased rate.
According to the exam calendar, the KPSS Undergraduate General Ability-General Culture session will be held on September 6, 2026, and the Field Knowledge sessions will be held on September 12-13, 2026. The Religious Services Field Knowledge Test (DHBT) will be administered on November 1, 2026. The results of the KPSS Undergraduate exam are planned to be announced on October 7, 2026.
