With the 2024-2025 academic calendar announced by the Ministry of National Education, the mid-term break dates for students attending primary and secondary education institutions have been determined. As in every year, students will go on a mid-term break in November and April this year, and education in schools will be paused for one week. So, when will the 2024-2025 mid-term break begin?
The Ministry of National Education has set the dates of November 11-15 for the first mid-term break. Students will begin their mid-term break with the final bell ringing on Friday, November 8. Following the first mid-term break of the 2024-2025 academic year, students will return to classes on Monday, November 18.
WHEN WILL THE SEMESTER BREAK BEGIN?
The semester break will begin on Monday, January 20, 2025, and will end on Friday, January 31, 2025.
WHEN DOES THE SECOND TERM START IN SCHOOLS?
The second term will begin on Monday, February 3, 2025, and will conclude on Friday, June 20, 2025.
The second term mid-term break will begin on Monday, March 31, 2025, and end on Friday, April 4, 2025.
