I see the mid-term breaks as an important opportunity to plan and evaluate in this sense. We have made a plan focused on both evaluating the changes made throughout the summer and planning what will be done after the break, especially regarding common exams.

We have detailed the online presentations by the relevant general manager colleagues and the subsequent evaluations to be held in schools.

However, in the meetings I held with teacher friends in Erzurum over the weekend, I encountered requests from many of our friends to postpone the face-to-face programs because they had made different plans for the mid-term break due to the previous practice."

Tekin said, "For this reason, I have decided that the seminar period will be held online, valid only for the November mid-term break. However, I have one request and one warning.

My request is that we please follow the online presentations carefully. Because our general managers will share with you the technical details you will encounter in practice. My warning is that the April mid-term break will definitely be face-to-face and in schools; let us make our plans accordingly. Best of luck."

In a previous decision taken by the Ministry of National Education (MEB), it was stated that the administrator and teacher seminars between November 13-17 would be held physically in schools this year, meaning that teachers and administrators would continue to work during the mid-term break.
