Hitit University to hire 7 lecturers: Applications end on August 28

The Rectorate of Hitit University has published a recruitment announcement for lecturer positions. According to the announcement, a total of 7 "Lecturer (to teach courses)" positions have been opened within the university's Technical Sciences Vocational School.
Applications began on August 14, 2026. Candidates must submit their applications in person or by mail to the contact address provided on the Hitit University website for the relevant department. The deadline for applications has been announced as August 28, 2026.
According to the general conditions in the announcement, candidates must meet the requirements set forth in Article 48 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657. While a minimum score of 70 on the ALES exam is required for the positions, the positions announced in the table do not require a YDS or equivalent foreign language score.
POSITIONS AND APPLICATION CALENDAR
The opened positions are in the Explosive and Energetic Materials Technician, CNC Programming and Operation, and Manufacturing Execution Systems Operation programs. Candidates are required to have graduated from relevant undergraduate programs and meet the requirements for a master's degree with a thesis and industry experience according to the announced position.

Preliminary evaluation results will be announced on September 4, 2026. The entrance exam will be held on September 11, 2026; the time and location of the exam will be announced later on the university's official website. The final evaluation results are planned to be announced on September 18, 2026.
The application file will include a petition, resume, copy of ID, criminal record certificate, diploma or temporary graduation certificates, ALES certificate, photograph, and, where necessary, service or experience documents. For diplomas obtained abroad, a document showing YÖK equivalence must be submitted.
The university stated that candidates can apply for only one of the positions published on the same date. Applications sent to the wrong address and applications that do not arrive on time due to postal delays will not be evaluated.
