ÖSYM to hold 4 different exams on Sunday! Solution for ID issues

According to the statement made by ÖSYM, the Dentistry Specialization Education Entrance Exam (2024-DUS 2nd Term), the Level Determination Exam for Foreign Higher Education Diploma Equivalency in Dentistry (2024-STS Dentistry 2nd Term), the Pharmacy Specialization Education Entrance Exam (2024-EUS), and the Level Determination Exam for Foreign Higher Education Diploma Equivalency in Pharmacy (2024-STS Pharmacy) will be held on Sunday, October 13.

Candidates will not be admitted to the buildings after 10:00 AM, and the exams will begin at 10:15 AM. EUS and STS Pharmacy will be administered at the ÖSYM Ankara Electronic Exam Center.

In the statement, ÖSYM President Prof. Dr. Bayram Ali Ersoy shared the following remarks:

"EUS and STS Pharmacy were held in an electronic format for the first time last year. The exams will be administered in an electronic format this year as well. In these exams, candidates will be given 110 minutes to answer 75 questions. A total of 721 candidates have applied for these two exams. STS Dentistry will be held in Ankara, while the DUS 2nd Term will be held in Ankara and Istanbul. The DUS 2nd Term will consist of Basic Sciences and Clinical Sciences tests. For DUS and STS Dentistry, candidates will be given 150 minutes to answer a total of 120 questions. 7 thousand 892 candidates will participate in these exams. A total of 1 thousand 174 personnel, including security, will be on duty for the exams to be held on Sunday. Candidates who are deemed eligible for additional time in the DUS 2nd Term will be able to use their 30 minutes of extra time."

CIVIL REGISTRATION OFFICES WILL REMAIN OPEN ON EXAM DAY

On the other hand, provincial civil registration offices will remain open on the day of the exam for candidates who have lost their ID cards, do not have an ID card, or whose ID cards lack an identification number or photograph.
