The first session of YKS, the TYT, will be held tomorrow

The first session of the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS), the Basic Proficiency Test (TYT), will take place tomorrow.

 3 million 120 thousand 878 candidates will participate in the first session of YKS, the TYT, which will be held tomorrow at 10.15. The exam will be conducted in 9 thousand 855 buildings and 176 thousand 851 halls. 438 thousand 684 personnel will be on duty for the TYT session.

In the TYT, candidates will be asked a total of 120 questions, consisting of 40 in the Turkish Test, 20 in the Social Sciences Test, 40 in the Basic Mathematics Test, and 20 in the Science Test, and they will be given 165 minutes.

2 million 19 thousand 709 candidates will participate in the second session, the AYT, which will be held on Sunday, June 9, at 10.15. The exam will be organized in 6 thousand 231 buildings and 112 thousand 695 halls.

In the AYT, candidates will be asked 40 questions in the Turkish Language and Literature-Social Sciences-1 Test, 40 questions in the Social Sciences-2 Test, 40 questions in the Mathematics Test, and 40 questions in the Science Test, and they will be given 180 minutes. 282 thousand 812 personnel will be on duty for the AYT.

In the third and final session, the YDT, which will take place on the same day at 15.45, 222 thousand 473 people will take the exam in English, 5 thousand 913 in Arabic, 3 thousand in German, 1206 in French, and 797 in Russian. 1028 buildings and 11 thousand 44 halls will be used for the exam. 36 thousand 46 personnel will be on duty for the final session of the exam. In the exam, where 120 minutes will be given for 80 questions, candidates will be provided with the question booklet for the foreign language they declared in their application.
