He recalled those words of Akşener: CHP's Adıgüzel responds to Akşener's 'thief' remark: 'These will also be examined...'
Republican People's Party (CHP) Ordu MP Mustafa Adıgüzel responded to IYI Party Chair Meral Akşener's statement, "Those we supported turned out to be thieves," by saying, "The real theft is stealing people's hopes." Adıgüzel also recalled Akşener's words after the presidential elections: "I have performed my final duty for my state."
Responding to IYI Party leader Meral Akşener's 'thief' remarks during a program she attended on Sözcü TV yesterday, CHP Ordu MP Mustafa Adıgüzel made notable statements.
Drawing attention to the elections in Ordu, Adıgüzel said, "If the issue is vote theft through perception and schemes, then account for my two districts in Ordu," and stated that Akşener's choices in candidate selection were contradictory.
"WE LOST THAT ELECTION BY 1.5 POINTS"
Highlights from Adıgüzel's statements are as follows:
"I remember these words of Akşener very well after the general election: 'I got up from the table and sat back down, and 6 points were lost.'
Now I ask; how many points were lost from our presidential candidate due to your getting up and sitting back down at the table and your politics during the election process? Because we lost that election, in which Mr. Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu was the candidate, by 1.5 points.
You make a decision by viewing the CHP as a burden alongside you, and when the bill for the decision you made as a result of the local elections becomes heavy, you turn around and call those you were praising yesterday thieves today. However, the greatest theft is stealing people's hopes.
HE RECALLED THOSE WORDS OF AKŞENER
The main person responsible for the loss of the presidential election and the primary stakeholder in the theft of hope is Ms. Akşener. Of course, why she got up from the table, why she sat back down, and expressions like 'I have performed my final duty for my state'... These will also be examined.
"ACCOUNT FOR MY 2 DISTRICTS IN ORDU!"
If the issue is vote theft through perception and schemes, then account for my two districts lost in Ordu.
After rejecting all our initiatives for a corporate alliance with a very problematic tone, the scheme carried out by creating a street perception as if there was an agreement between the two parties when there was none, by saying 'IYI Party for the metropolitan municipality, this or that for the district,' caused the cancellation of votes in our Perşembe district alone due to 1700 erroneous votes (due to choosing both parties on the same ballot), and I lost Perşembe by 268 votes.
