Ramadan Feast visits between political parties are continuing.

An AKP delegation visited the YRP in Ankara.

"WE FELT RELIEVED, WE WERE HAPPY"

YRP Deputy Chairman Mehmet Fatih Uğurlu, saying 'let's talk a little politics', stated: "Thank God we achieved success in the elections and became the 3rd party. Many journalists who support the AKP, whom we watched on television, said this; they said, 'The AKP did not lose any municipalities anywhere because of the YRP.' We felt relieved and happy upon hearing this."

RESPONSE TO EARLY ELECTION

AKP Ankara MP Zeynep Kılıç responded to the question, "YRP's Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality mayoral candidate Mehmet Altınöz said that an early election is inevitable after the results. Do you think there should be an early election?" as follows:

"We have always argued that local elections and general elections should be evaluated differently, and this is indeed the case; it is also the fundamental nature of politics. Our President expressed this in his balcony speech following the elections.

We received the mandate from our nation in the general election, and we received it for 5 years. Therefore, it will be our primary duty and task to maintain this for 5 years in order to uphold the will of our nation at its core.

Because that is a trust, and we will protect that authority, that trust. Therefore, this was expressed by the highest authority, and other opposition party stakeholders have also stated that they do not have a demand for an early election."
