Attention farmers in that province! Agricultural frost warning from Meteorology

The Düzce Governorship has warned producers against the agricultural frost warning received from the Meteorology department.

In the warning issued, it was stated: “According to the latest evaluations from the General Directorate of Meteorology, air temperatures are expected to decrease significantly starting from May 5, 2024, and fall below seasonal norms in inland areas. Consequently, light agricultural frost is expected in the inland parts of our province until the night hours of May 7, 2024. Concerned parties and citizens, especially farmers engaged in agricultural activities, must be careful and take precautions against any negative consequences that may occur.”

The agricultural frost is expected to be effective between 18:00 on May 5, 2024, and 23:59 on May 7, 2024.
