Making a warning via social media based on information received from the Meteorological Service, the Governor's Office stated the following:
"According to information received from the Meteorological Service; very heavy rainfall is expected to be effective in Istanbul from Saturday morning until Sunday afternoon. Precautions should be taken against flooding."
