Icing and frost are expected in the eastern regions during the morning and night hours. There is a danger of avalanches and snowmelt in the highlands of the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and in the sloping areas with high snow cover in the east of Eastern Anatolia. Dust transport is expected in the Eastern Mediterranean and Southeastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease by 6 to 9 degrees in the northern and inner parts, with no significant changes expected elsewhere.

The wind is expected to blow from southerly and easterly, and over time from northerly directions, light to occasionally moderate, and strong (40-60 km/h) and occasionally in the form of a storm in Marmara, the Aegean, and the Western and Central Black Sea.
