According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the country is expected to be partly to very cloudy overall, with rain expected in the western part of the Marmara region, the northern Aegean coast, and the surroundings of Van and Hakkari. 

Precipitation is expected to fall generally as rain and showers, with sleet and snow expected in the higher elevations around Van and Hakkari. Haze and occasional fog are expected in the interior parts of the country.
