According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be mostly cloudy, with precipitation expected across the Aegean, Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, Black Sea (except Zonguldak), Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia regions, as well as the eastern parts of Balıkesir, and the surroundings of Sakarya, Bursa, and Bilecik. Precipitation is expected to be generally in the form of rain and showers, with occasional thunderstorms along the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts and in Southeastern Anatolia, and sleet and occasional snow in the higher elevations of the northeast of Eastern Anatolia. There is a risk of avalanches and snowmelt in sloping areas with high snow cover in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea region and in Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to rise by 3 to 5 degrees along the Aegean coast and in Thrace, with no significant changes expected elsewhere.

The wind is generally expected to blow from northerly directions, light to occasionally moderate in strength.
