Citizens in Elazığ started the day with cirrocumulus clouds.

Some citizens used their mobile phones to capture the natural phenomenon in the sky.

While this type of high-altitude cloud is mostly described as a harbinger of rain, some citizens believe that such clouds are a sign of an earthquake.

On the other hand, the 13th Regional Directorate of Meteorology stated that heavy rainfall is expected in Elazığ and its districts from tomorrow morning until the following evening, and asked citizens to be cautious against potential negative consequences.
