Downpour in Tekirdağ: The color of the Sea of Marmara has changed
Following the warning issued by the General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM), the rain that began last night in Tekirdağ continues to fall without interruption. Due to rainwater flowing into the Sea of Marmara, the color of the sea has turned into shades of brown.

The General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM) issued warnings, and the expected downpour in Tekirdağ began to take effect starting at 23:00 last night.
The downpour, which continued throughout the night, persisted until the afternoon hours.
Due to the rain, puddles formed in the streets of the Süleymanpaşa district of Tekirdağ.
While the downpour is expected to lose its intensity by this evening, the color of the Sea of Marmara has turned into shades of brown in some places due to the rainwater flowing into it.
