According to the latest assessments by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the northern and eastern parts of the country are expected to be partly to occasionally very cloudy, with local downpours and thunderstorms expected in the surroundings of Edirne, Kırklareli, Kars, and Ardahan, as well as the northern parts of Erzurum and the eastern parts of Van, while other areas are expected to be mostly clear and sunny.
