According to the latest evaluations made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, it is estimated that the country will be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected in the Central and Eastern Black Sea, Eastern Anatolia (except Malatya), the eastern part of Southeastern Anatolia, as well as the surroundings of Zonguldak, Bartın, Sinop, Karabük, Kastamonu, Hatay, the eastern districts of Antalya, and the western districts of Mersin. 

The precipitation is expected to be generally in the form of rain and downpours, thunderstorms on the Mediterranean coast, and sleet and occasional snow in the higher parts of the interior of the Eastern Black Sea and the higher parts of the north and east of Eastern Anatolia.
