The General Directorate of Meteorology has released the weather report for October 16. According to the report, Turkey is expected to come under the influence of a new cold air wave arriving via the Black Sea starting Thursday. Additionally, snowfall is expected in the vicinity of the Black Sea.

SNOW IS COMING TO THE BLACK SEA
The first snowfall of the season is coming to the Black Sea region. Between Wednesday and Friday, there will be heavy rain reaching as far as Kastamonu, Sinop, Samsun, and Rize. Snow is expected in the highlands. In Eastern Anatolia, precipitation transitions may be seen in the Erzurum-Kars-Van section for another 3 days.
