Forest fire in İzmir being tackled by teams
Teams are responding by air and land to a forest fire that broke out in the Ödemiş district of İzmir.

A fire broke out for reasons yet to be determined in a forested area in the Artıcak neighborhood of İzmir's Ödemiş district.
4 aircraft, 5 helicopters, 20 water tenders, 6 water supply vehicles, 4 bulldozers, and 4 ground crews affiliated with the İzmir Regional Directorate of Forestry were dispatched to the region.
It was stated that the fire started at 15:35 and the first response was made at 15:45.
Efforts to bring the fire under control, which teams are responding to from the air and ground, are ongoing.
