The General Directorate of Meteorology has published its weather forecast report for September 7.

It is estimated that the north and east of Marmara, the Western and Eastern Black Sea regions, the coasts of the Central Black Sea, the north and west of Eastern Anatolia, the surroundings of Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Osmaniye, and Çankırı, the northern parts of Ankara, and the Taurus Mountains section of the Eastern Mediterranean will experience local showers and thunderstorms, while other areas will be partly cloudy and clear.

The rainfall is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Gümüşhane, Bayburt, Erzincan, Erzurum, Kars, and Ardahan.
