While the hot weather and high humidity levels that were effective throughout the night in Istanbul varied by district, humidity rates were measured above 95 percent in Ataşehir, Beşiktaş, Beyoğlu, Çatalca, Kağıthane, Sarıyer, Silivri, Şişli, and Ümraniye.
