According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology; the country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local downpours and thunderstorms expected in the east of Marmara, Central Anatolia, the Western Black Sea, the interior parts of the Central and Eastern Black Sea, the surroundings of Kırklareli, Tekirdağ, Kütahya, Kahramanmaraş and Osmaniye, the eastern parts of Çanakkale, and the Taurus Mountains section of the Central and Eastern Mediterranean.

Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Ankara, Çankırı, Bolu, Karabük, and Kastamonu. Dust transport is expected in the Eastern Mediterranean, the west of Eastern Anatolia, and Southeastern Anatolia.

DUST TRANSPORT WARNING

The report stated that dust transport is expected in the Eastern Mediterranean, the west of Eastern Anatolia, and Southeastern Anatolia. For this reason, warnings were issued to be careful against negative conditions such as a decrease in visibility, a reduction in air quality, and disruptions in transportation.

It is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local downpours and thunderstorms in the east of the region, the surroundings of Kırklareli and Tekirdağ, and the eastern parts of Çanakkale. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from the north and northeast in the southwestern parts.
