According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: It is estimated that the country will be partly to very cloudy, with rain and showers expected in the east of the Marmara region, the Eastern Mediterranean, Central Anatolia (except Konya), the Black Sea (except Sinop), Eastern Anatolia (except Van), Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Kütahya and Afyonkarahisar. Sleet and snowfall are expected in the higher altitudes of the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the higher altitudes of Eastern Anatolia. The precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the higher parts of eastern Central Anatolia, the north of Adana, and the surroundings of Hatay, Osmaniye, Kahramanmaraş, Gaziantep, Kilis, and Adıyaman.

Air temperatures are expected to rise by 4 to 6 degrees in the inner and western regions, with no significant changes expected elsewhere.

The wind is expected to blow from the north, and from the south in the eastern parts, at light to occasionally moderate strength.
