According to the assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be mostly cloudy and intermittently rainy overall. Precipitation is expected to be generally in the form of rain and downpours, and in the form of sleet and snow in the Thrace region, the inland parts of the Western and Eastern Black Sea, the north and east of Eastern Anatolia, the northeast of Central Anatolia, and the surroundings of Eskişehir and Bilecik. Precipitation is expected to be strong in the west of Marmara, the coastal Aegean, the Western Mediterranean coasts, the Eastern Mediterranean, and the surroundings of Kocaeli, Bursa, the north of Balıkesir, Yalova, Düzce, Zonguldak, Bartın, Erzincan, Tunceli, Bingöl, Muş, Şırnak, Hakkari, Bitlis, Adıyaman, and Siirt, and locally very strong in the eastern parts of Antalya. Icing and frost are expected in the eastern regions during the morning and night hours. There is an avalanche danger in the high parts of the inland Eastern Black Sea and in the sloping areas with high snow cover in the east of Eastern Anatolia.

The air temperature is expected to increase by 3 to 5 degrees on the Black Sea coasts and decrease by 2 to 4 degrees in the western parts.

The wind is expected to blow from the north in Marmara and the coastal Aegean, and from the south in other places, light to occasionally moderate, and as a strong and short-term storm (40-70 km/h) in Marmara, the coastal Aegean, the inland parts of the Mediterranean, the south and east of Central Anatolia, and the inland parts of the Eastern Black Sea, and as a locally strong storm (70-90 km/h) in the high parts of the inland Eastern Black Sea.
