According to the latest evaluations made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with intermittent precipitation expected in the Eastern Mediterranean, the Black Sea, the east of Central Anatolia, Eastern Anatolia, Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Ankara.

The precipitation, which will be in the form of rain on the Black Sea coast and in the southern parts, and sleet and snow in other areas receiving precipitation, is expected to be heavy rain and showers in the coastal areas of the Central Black Sea and around Sinop; and locally heavy snow (5-15 cm) in the highlands of Samsun, Ordu, and Amasya, as well as around Tokat, Çorum, Aksaray, Kırşehir, Yozgat, the north and west of Kayseri, the west of Sivas, and Nevşehir. Icing and frost are expected in the inner and eastern parts of our country. Mist and local fog are expected in the western parts during the morning and night hours.
