According to the forecasts made by the Turkish State Meteorological Service: The northern and eastern parts of our country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected in the coastal areas of the Western Black Sea, the eastern part of Eastern Anatolia, the surroundings of Rize, Artvin, Batman, the northern part of Siirt, and the inland parts of Trabzon. The precipitation, which is expected to be in the form of rain and downpours, and mixed rain and snow or localized snow in the higher elevations of the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the eastern parts of Eastern Anatolia, is expected to be locally strong in the northeast of Eastern Anatolia, the surroundings of Artvin, Muş, Bitlis, and the inner parts of Rize. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from southerly directions in the southeast of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to remain below seasonal norms.

The wind is expected to blow generally from the north and northwest, and from the south and southwest in the eastern parts of the country, light to occasionally moderate, and strongly (40-60 km/h) from southerly directions in the southeast of Eastern Anatolia.
