According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM): It is estimated that the eastern parts of our country will be very cloudy, with rain expected in the eastern coasts of the Black Sea, the southwest of Eastern Anatolia, the east of Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Ordu, Tokat, Şırnak, and Iğdır; sleet and snowfall are expected in the east of Central Anatolia, the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea, and the north and east of Eastern Anatolia, while other places are expected to be partly to mostly cloudy. The precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Hakkari and Şırnak in the morning hours. Icing and frost are expected in the inner and eastern parts during the morning and night hours. There is a risk of avalanches in the high parts of the inner Eastern Black Sea and in the high and sloping areas of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to continue to rise across the country.
