Yellow-coded warning from Meteorology for 10 cities: Here is the July 20 weather forecast by province

According to the assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: the northern, inner, and eastern parts of the country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected in the inner parts of the Western and Central Black Sea, the Eastern Black Sea, the north of Eastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Ordu, Tokat, Van, the east of Istanbul, Sakarya, and Kocaeli, while other areas are expected to be slightly cloudy and clear. The rainfall is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Trabzon, Rize, Artvin, Erzurum, Kars, Ardahan, Iğdır, and Ağrı, and in the eastern part of Giresun.

On the other hand, a yellow-coded warning was issued by Meteorology for 10 provinces. The provinces under the warning are: Ağrı, Artvin, Erzurum, Giresun, Kars, Ordu, Rize, Trabzon, Ardahan, Iğdır.
