According to the assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be mostly cloudy and intermittently rainy overall. Precipitation is expected to be generally in the form of rain and downpours, locally thundery downpours along the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts, and sleet and snow in the inland and high-altitude parts of the Mediterranean and Black Sea regions, as well as the north and east of Eastern Anatolia. Precipitation is expected to be heavy in the coastal Aegean, the Mediterranean, and the west of Çanakkale, Tunceli, Bingöl, Muş, Adıyaman, and Diyarbakır; and very heavy and locally severe in İzmir, Aydın, Muğla, and the eastern districts of Antalya.

Air temperatures are expected to rise by 3 to 5 degrees in the northern, inland, and western parts, with no significant changes elsewhere, and are expected to remain above seasonal norms across the country.

The wind is expected to blow from southerly directions, at moderate strength, and to be strong and occasionally reach storm speeds (40-80 km/h) in the Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, and Black Sea regions.
