According to forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The northeastern parts of our country are expected to be partly to increasingly cloudy, with local showers and thundery showers expected in the surroundings of Kars, Ardahan, and Artvin, as well as the inland parts of Trabzon and Rize after midday, while other areas are expected to be mostly clear and sunny.
