Meteorology issues heavy rain warning for many cities: Temperatures in these regions will drop by 7 degrees

According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: It is estimated that the country will be mostly cloudy, with intermittent rain and thunderstorms expected in all regions except for the coastal Aegean, Antalya, and Van surroundings. Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the Eastern Black Sea coast, the eastern parts of Adana, the surroundings of Osmaniye, the western districts of Kahramanmaraş, the coastal parts of Hatay, and the surroundings of Niğde, Nevşehir, Kayseri, Yozgat, Tokat, and Ordu. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from northern and northwestern directions in the surroundings of Kilis and Gaziantep, and from southern directions in the southeast of Eastern Anatolia.

Temperatures are expected to decrease by 5 to 7 degrees in the northern and eastern parts, with no significant changes expected elsewhere.

The wind is expected to blow generally from northern directions, and from southern directions in Eastern Anatolia, light to occasionally moderate, and strongly (40-60 km/h) in Eastern Anatolia and the surroundings of Kilis and Gaziantep.
