According to the assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The northern and inner parts of our country and the Mediterranean are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms in the Taurus Mountains region of the Mediterranean, the Western Black Sea (except Sinop), the northern coasts of Istanbul, Edirne, Tekirdağ, Kocaeli, Sakarya, Bursa, Bilecik, Isparta, the north and east of Ankara, the western districts of Konya, Osmaniye, the coasts of Hatay, Artvin, Ardahan, and the inner parts of Trabzon and Rize, while other places are expected to be slightly cloudy and clear. The precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Düzce, Kocaeli, and Sakarya. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from northerly directions in the southwest of Marmara and the North Aegean.

MARMARA

It is expected to be partly and slightly cloudy, with short-term and local showers and thunderstorms in the northern coasts of Istanbul, Edirne, Tekirdağ, Kocaeli, Sakarya, Bursa, and Bilecik until the evening hours. The precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Kocaeli and Sakarya.
