Meteorology issues warning: Temperatures are dropping, rain and strong winds are coming

According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be partly to mostly clear, with southern parts occasionally very cloudy, and showers and thunderstorms are expected in the Mediterranean and Southeastern Anatolia regions, as well as the Aegean, southern Central Anatolia, and western parts of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to continue to remain below seasonal norms across the country.

The wind is expected to blow generally from northerly directions, light to occasionally moderate, and strong (40-60 km/h) along the coasts of the Marmara and North Aegean regions.
