According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the northeastern parts of the country are expected to be partly to occasionally very cloudy, with local showers expected in the interior parts of Trabzon, Giresun, Ordu, and Samsun provinces, as well as in the surroundings of Rize and the coastal parts of Hatay. Localized thunderstorms are expected in the eastern parts of Van, while the rest of the country is expected to be mostly clear and sunny. 

The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from northerly directions in Marmara, the Aegean coast, the coasts of the Western Black Sea, the interior parts of the Central Black Sea, and the east of Central Anatolia.
