According to the assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: It is estimated that the country will be partly to very cloudy, with rain and downpours expected in the Marmara, Aegean, Western and Central Mediterranean, the west of Central Anatolia, and the Western Black Sea (except Sinop), and occasional thunderstorms in the Coastal Aegean and Western Mediterranean coasts. Precipitation is expected to be heavy in the Coastal Aegean, Western Mediterranean, and the surroundings of Edirne, Çanakkale, Balıkesir, Manisa, and Denizli, and locally very heavy in the Coastal Aegean and the surroundings of Çanakkale. In the morning and night hours, icing and frost are expected in the interior and eastern regions, along with haze and local fog. There is an avalanche danger in the high slopes with deep snow cover in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the east of Eastern Anatolia.

It is estimated that air temperatures will increase by 3 to 5 degrees in the northern and interior parts of the country and will remain above seasonal norms across the country.

The wind is expected to blow from southern directions, generally light to occasionally moderate, and as strong winds and short-term storms (40-70 km/h) in the south and east of Marmara, the Aegean, the Western Mediterranean, the interior parts of the Eastern Mediterranean, the south and east of Central Anatolia, and the interior parts of the Black Sea.
