Strong precipitation warning from Meteorology: Temperatures will drop! Here is the weather forecast for Saturday, November 16, by province

According to the latest forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: the country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected across the Marmara region, the north and west of the Aegean, the north and east of Central Anatolia, the coastal parts of the Western Mediterranean, the İskenderun Bay and Taurus sections of the Eastern Mediterranean, as well as the Black Sea (except Çorum) and Eastern Anatolia (except Şırnak) regions.

Precipitation is expected to be in the form of showers and occasional thunderstorms in coastal areas, rain in inland areas, and sleet and occasional snow (above 2200 meters) in the high altitudes of the Eastern Black Sea and Eastern Anatolia. The precipitation expected in the western parts of the Aegean, the eastern sections of the Western Black Sea coast, and the Central and Eastern Black Sea coasts is expected to be locally heavy.

AIR TEMPERATURE: Air temperatures are expected to decrease by 2 to 4 degrees in areas outside the Mediterranean coastal regions, with no significant change expected on the Mediterranean coast.

A warning has been issued to be careful and cautious against potential negative consequences, as the precipitation expected in the western parts of the Aegean, the eastern sections of the Western Black Sea coast, and the Central and Eastern Black Sea coasts is expected to be locally heavy.

It is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with intermittent showers across the region. The wind is expected to be locally strong (40-60 km/h) from the northeast.
